Cherry cream cake with entirely vegetarian ingredients!

Base:
120 g soy margarine 4 heaped tbsp. cocoa 8 tbsp. soy flour 8 tbsp. water 250 g sugar 200 g flour 2 tsp. baking powder
Filling:
1 jar morello cherries 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. starch 600 ml Soyatoo! soy whip
Base:
Melt the margarine with the sugar, Whip the soy flour with the water until creamy and stir in the margarine and sugar. Stir in the flour and baking powder, Pour the dough into a cake pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°;C for about 35 minutes. Slice the base horizontally into three equal parts.
Filling:
Bring the cherries and sugar with the starch to the boil and allow to cool, spread the cooled cherries on the bottom cake layer, place the middle layer on top. Whip the soy cream until stiff and spread about 1/3 of the cream on the second layer. Place the third layer on top and spread with the rest of the cream. Finally decorate the cake with chocolate hail.
