Black Forest Gateau [Picture] [Print]
Ingredients Preparation

For the base:

300 g flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 sachet baking powder
1 sachet vanilla sugar
250 g sugar
9 tbsp. sunflower oil
3/8 litre water


For the filling:

1 jar morello cherries (incl. the juice)
1 sachet vanilla pudding powder


For the topping:

1 pack soy whip
1 sachet vanilla sugar
Chocolate chips or other decoration

Base:

Fill two springform pans each with half of the dough and bake for about 40 minutes at 180°;C. Let cool.


Filling:

Make the pudding using the cherry juice, then stir in the cherries, let cool a little, then spread on the base. When the mixture has cooled, place the second half of the cake on top.


Topping:

Whip the soy whip, spread on the cake, decorate according to the occasion - and enjoy.
